It’s easy to get a quote or place an order with themousemat.com with a simple 2 stage proofing & ordering process.

Each design required is dealt with as a separate order. This method of ordering allows each item to be individually altered without affecting other items and allows artwork to be allocated correctly to each job, avoiding any confusion.

TO ORDER.

          1. Select a product category.
          2. Select a product.
          3. Select a size.
          4. Click Place Order or Get Quote. 
          5. Complete details. 
          6. Print Quote or Place Order. 
          7. Log in to your account or create a new account.  
          8. Advise how artwork is to be supplied
                    a) Uploaded
                    b) Emailed
                    c) Posted
          9. Confirm your address details for your PROOF to be despatched to.

Your proof will be produced on the day following receipt of your supplied artwork and posted to you for your approval.

TO APPROVE PROOF AND FINALISE YOUR ORDER

 1. Once you have received your proof please check it carefully and then log back into this website and click on the MY ORDERS tab and log into your account.

Select your order and click on PROCESS PROOFED ORDER
a) If you are happy with your proof please tick the check boxes, enter your proof approval code supplied with your proof and place your order (see point 2 below).
b) If you require amendments please click MAKE CHANGES and follow the instructions - new artwork can be uploaded etc and a new proof will be produced. Please note: this will impact on delivery deadlines for express orders and will incur a re-proofing charge.
c) If you wish to cancel the order for any reason please click on the CANCEL ORDER button and follow the onscreen instructions.

2. Once your proof is approved you will be able to
a) Confirm or Alter the quantity ordered.
b) Confirm or Alter the delivery date.
c) Confirm or Alter the delivery address.

3. Pay for your order by
a) Credit / Debit card (excluding Amex)

b) Direct Bank Transfer
c) Cheque - for non express orders only
d) BACs - for non express orders only

Your order will be produced and despatched, plain wrap (unbranded), via Courier by the date agreed (if specified). If no date is specified your order will be dispatched on our standard service in approximatley 10 working days from date of approval & payment.
